Friday night treat

I love how french patisseries have such beautiful and fancy names. It makes them that much more appetizing don't you think? This treat here is called un ecrin de frambois et pistache.  And ecrin means jewelry box so this one right here is a jewel box of raspberries and pistachio.  Yum!
